There are two studios with an area of 25 m2 each located in the ground floor. Both studios have a private veranda of 40 m2. On the first floor there is the third studio along with the spacious apartment. The distance to the beach is 80 meters. There are plenty of shops, a bus stop, and bars and restaurants right by the property.
